Proof of Age Requirements

At Quality Vapes, we take age verification seriously and comply fully with Canadian regulations. Proof of age (19 or older) will be required on all shipments. This means that any package you receive must be signed for, by the purchaser of the order, and only after the Courier verifies your age via your valid, government-issued photo I.D. This identity service is required and is an additional $2 charge. If Proof of Age cannot be verified, the package will be returned, and we will not provide a refund for these items. This age verification step is mandatory by Canadian law, and only the individual named in the "Shipping" field can collect the package.

Address Restrictions

We ship exclusively to the address and name provided on your account. Any returned shipments due to incomplete or inaccurate information will not be re-shipped. In such cases, you'll need to update your account details and cover the re-shipment fees.

For security measures against credit card fraud and identity protection, orders with varying billing and shipping information may require additional confirmation. This confirmation could entail further credit card verification, presentation of valid photo ID, or even a courtesy call from our team.

Please be aware that Quality Vapes retains the right to decline the shipment of any vape store delivery order, irrespective of the reason.

Our Couriers - Domestic

At Quality Vapes, we prioritize providing you with the most competitive shipping rates for domestic deliveries. To achieve this, we leverage live shipping rates directly from trusted carriers, Canada Post, and UPS. These rates are conveniently displayed during the checkout process, offering full transparency on shipping costs.

Please note that the delivery estimates are set by the courier and are not guaranteed by Quality Vapes. To ensure successful delivery, it's crucial to be available at the specified address during the delivery attempt. Remember to have your I.D. on hand as our carriers may require age verification.

In the event that you are unavailable during the delivery attempt or lack proper identification, the package will be transferred to the nearest pickup facility. To retrieve your package, simply visit the designated facility in person, and ensure you have your I.D. ready for verification.


Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) upon receipt.  All orders placed before 4pm EST (excluding weekends & holidays)  mostly will go out same day. All orders within Domestic Canada receive FREE shipping on orders over $100 CAD before tax.  Orders with the free shipping rate are sent via Canada Post Expedited shipping when possible. 

Our Couriers – Local Same Day Vape Store Delivery

During the checkout process, you can easily select this option if your postal code falls within our delivery area. For a nominal service fee starting from $12.00, you can enjoy the swiftness of Same Day Delivery. Alternatively, if your order totals $100.00 or more (before taxes), you qualify for this expedited service as part of our Free Shipping options.

Place your orders before 8:00 PM from Monday to Friday and on Sunday Before 5pm, and we'll swiftly package, ship, and deliver your items the same day, anytime between 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Midnight). Orders submitted after 12:00 AM will be promptly delivered on the following business day.

To ensure a smooth ordering process, first-time customers are kindly requested to provide proof of I.D. before we process their orders. Simply email your valid driver's license or passport to sales@qualityvapes.ca for account verification. Orders will be held until 12:00 PM if I.D. is not provided within this timeframe.

Rest assured, once your vape store delivery order is processed, we'll keep you informed every step of the way. You'll receive an email notification when your package is with a courier, followed by a text notification on the delivery day (about 20 minutes before arrival). This text will include the estimated delivery time and live tracking options, enabling you to follow our couriers in real-time.

Our Couriers - International

At Quality Vapes, we prioritize the secure and timely delivery of our packages. To ensure smooth transactions and avoid any potential package seizures, we have temporarily suspended all shipments outside of Canada until further notice.

Order Processing

Place your orders before 4:00 p.m., and you can typically expect them to be shipped the same business day. However, please be aware that exceptions may occur, depending on stock levels or specific order details. Rest assured, the shipping method you choose won't impact the speed of order fulfillment; it merely affects the transit times once the package leaves our facility, as quoted by the courier.

Tracking

As soon as your order is processed by our dedicated team, you will receive an email notification containing the tracking details. For all shipments within Canada, we provide tracking numbers generated by the courier during the order processing stage, ensuring transparency and peace of mind.

International customers can track their packages using the tracking page of the chosen courier company. While international tracking is typically available, we cannot guarantee its availability for all countries at all times.

Order Changes and Cancellations

To ensure smooth order processing, please note that changes or cancellations to your order can only be made before a tracking number is generated. Any alteration requests received after the tracking number has been generated will not be accommodated.

Carrier Restrictions

Please be aware that our couriers do not deliver packages on Saturdays, Sundays, or major Canadian holidays.

Failed/Delayed Delivery

To ensure a successful delivery, it is your responsibility to make necessary arrangements if you anticipate not being present at the time of delivery. Quality Vapes will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or undeliverable shipments resulting from absence or lack of proper identification.

In the event of orders being returned to us, a refund will be issued, minus shipping costs (even if free) and an additional 10% restocking fee. Reshipment of returned orders will only take place upon payment of a new shipping fee by the customer. For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, a new shipping fee will be required for reshipment, which will be borne by the customer.

For any packages experiencing transit delays, Quality Vapes is unable to provide further information beyond what is available on the courier's tracking page. To obtain more details or updates about your delivery, customers are required to contact the courier directly.

Please note that Quality Vapes will not reship packages that encounter delays in transit.

You as the consumer must be aware of your local laws and regulations for Electronic Cigarette devices, accessories and E-Liquids.  We will fulfill our obligations and ship your order to the location you specify after payment has been received,  

All packages are shipped via CanadaPost. It is Quality Vapes responsibility to package and ship all items that are purchased, however, we do not have control over the package once it has shipped. Quality Vapes is not responsible for lost, damaged, partially missing, delayed, or undelivered shipments. However, we will do our best to contact the carrier to resolve your case on your behalf ASAP.

Quality Vapes fulfillment of shipping obligation ends once the product is shipped out, and is not responsible for errors or delays caused by the delivery service.

Lost & Undelivered Packages

Claims for misplaced, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported within 90 days from the shipping date.

Quality Vapes is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or stolen packages. Once the order is scanned by Canada Post or any other carrier, the package is solely under their responsibility for safe delivery. Please address any issues directly with Canada Post or the relevant carrier.

If you provided incorrect shipping details, any returned packages will be refunded after deducting a minimum 5% transaction fee, a $10 handling fee, original shipping costs, and return fees. Alternatively, the package can be reshipped once return and re-shipping costs are covered. We will not reship any items until they are returned to us by the courier.
